Purchased this item to replace the factory product. Prior to use the battery was charged to 100%. Once the item was fully charged I disconnected the cord and was met with between 1 hour and 30 to 1 hour and 45 minutes twice. Very disappointing!

Supposedly a new replacement battery. Worked fine for one week. Then, fully charged, it failed. Computer shut off. plug in charger, battery drained.....(after 20 min.) Tho battery says 3 hrs of time......lasted at most 30 min. Then have to plug in. Only can use computer now while plugged in.I bought this same battery last time, was fine. But this one is just not operating at all any more.

Fit well, but only lasted 4 months.It worked well for a couple of months then it started not holding a charge. Finally got to the point where it didn't even register as having a battery present.Look for a different battery vendor if you want to get an Acer battery replacement.

Purchased this battery in September of 2020, by December 2020 I was shopping for a new battery. Right now it's only showing 6% battery life left and it's plugged in. This number has been going down since I purchased the battery. Maybe just a bad battery or maybe just a crummy brand. Laptop works fine with the power cord plugged in so I don't think it's anything other than the battery.

The battery did what it was supposed to do. It fit into my laptop and it charged up and runs the computer. I haven't used it long enough to know how long it will last, my last battery lasted about 2 years, but after I charged it up for the first time, I ran my laptop for about 2 hours and it still had about half a charge left. Since this laptop is about 8 years old, I'd say that's pretty good.
