This is the second replacement battery I needed for my Dell laptop - the first (a different product) didn't even last 7 months, and I paid almost twice as much. This item was more affordable and is lasting! It hasn't been a year yet, but so far the battery life is holding out really well. I use my laptop for hours every day - it's a reliable battery.

Battery worked so I'm happy. Is it as good as the original, not sure, but it was a piece of work to get the original battery out and after I swapped this out and closed the unit all I was hoping for was for this laptop to hold a charge again and it did.
